The purpose of the Eastern Sierra Fishing Guides Association is to give guides a unified voice on issues relevant to local fisheries, education, conservation, ethical fishing practices and to establish and uphold a code of ethics by which all members shall conduct themselves as examples to others.

The Association was created in 2010 and the current Board of Directors are:
